My opinion:
Certainly everyone noticed I read mainly fiction and rarely happens to me to reach for something else. I feel very well in this subject, and my reading requirements are met in every respect. That is why I'm ashamed to admit that so far not reached for any book Mrs. Ursula K. Le Giun (okay, I read "The Other Wind", but that does not count). The achievements of this American writer could write a lot. The award was awarded the Hugo and Nebula awards, and her books are considered classics, and not just fantasy but the whole of literature. So is I am very ashamed that only now I reach for a book that author.
decided to start my adventure from "The Wizard of Earthsea," the first volume in the "Earthsea". fully agree with the opinion that "A Wizard of Earthsea" is a classic and one of the world's best books fantasy literature. It is really beautiful, magical and enlightening read, containing a lot of wise and valuable thoughts. It shows how self-conceit and pride can lead to ruin. What is perseverance in pursuing her goals. How important in life is true friendship. It is also a story about adolescence, about discovering your destiny. The story of a journey through the world, but also in the pigeon himself locating and knowledge of its real "me."
"A Wizard of Earthsea" is heading in the sparse dialogue, which at first bothered me, but eventually got used to this form and I treated it as a story by someone snutą. The book is nice and light perception, and language that is written gives it a fairy-tale character. world depicted in the book is an unusual and fascinating, made of the hopper, lying on the vast waters. Has its own history, legends, different peoples. I loved the idea and the way in which it was submitted. This time, short, brief and on topic. Not so good I feel, feverishness, weakness, vision flu on the horizon, so sklecenie few sentences to me a challenge. Besides, it is for me pretty active weekend.
